Add a Billing Participant on

Using the add participants function within RWU Afford for billing


  1. To get to the payment center navigate to
  2. From here, go to the "login with school credentials button" and click go.
  3. Here, it will bring you to a page where you will type in your Portal Username and password.
  4. Once you have successfully logged on, click on Manage Account Access. A grey button below the Roger Williams University banner at the top of the page.
  5. From Here, you will see a menu that says "Participants for Student’s Name " and a "+Add" button.
  6. Click on the "+Add" button. This will open a menu for you to add whomever. Whomever you add will get a confirmation email that they must use to activate their account.
  7. Once they do, they will be able to login to via the "Student Account Center Login" button with their E-mail address.
