As an extension of the RWU MediaTech service desk, we offer software and hardware support for student-owned computers and other devices free of charge. Our technicians can assist with software issues and diagnose hardware issues on in-warranty machines, and can also provide repair services for out-of-warranty machines. Students are responsible for purchasing any replacement parts on out-of-warranty hardware, but our technicians can provide installation of the parts.

Repair times are subject to the complexity of the issue and to departmental workload. We cannot guarantee a repair timeline, but we do offer loaner laptops and tablets that can be checked out from the MediaTech desk. We ask that students respond to technicians’ questions and requests in a timely manner in order to expedite your repair.
